Rooms

We aim to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. All of our bedrooms have private en-suite shower rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and wall mounted flat screen tv’s with satellite television. There is also direct access to the garden from the first floor where guests are welcome to sit out in our peaceful and secluded garden. Breakfast is served in our bright and airy dining room where you have a choice of a full Scottish breakfast or lighter options such as cereal and toast.

Bedroom 1	This family room has one double and 2 singles beds. Prices start from £100 per night for a family of four. If you wish to book this room as a double the cost is £35 per person per night for full occupancy. (click on the picture for more)
Bedroom 2	This is a double room and costs £30 per person per night for full occupancy.
Bedroom 3	This is a twin room and costs £30 per person per night for full occupancy.

Occupancy times:-	Rooms may be occupied from 3:00pm onwards and should be vacated by 11:00am on the morning of departure. Other times by prior arrangement.
